  • I totally agree. While you're at it, jack up my insurance rates another 50% and require doctors to go to school for a minimum of 20 years and pay them less than what school teachers make. That should fix the system!

  • Well, if they were following protocol, then they didn't screw up. But I'm guessing the protocol is there because they were sued in the past, no doubt for trying to do the right thing.
